I was pondering where exactly I spend my 168 hours of life every week.
56 sleeping.
40 working.
14 exercising.
7 showering/hygienics
2 going to the bathroom
7 walking (my main form of commute)
5 eating
5 doing laundry / vacuuming / household crap / errands
1 dressing
1 at physical therapy
---
That leaves me with 30 hours of truly "free" time per week to squeeze in new and exciting things...which isn't too bad, I guess. I'd like to drive that number up much higher, though. ;o)
